I work with The Mandarin Story, where I connect with students and learn from them just as much as they learn from me. Before that, my background was in foreign trade — building bridges between cultures. That’s where my respect for deep, long-term relationships truly began.

One of the most powerful moments in my journey came during a recent trip to China, I saw clarity in decision-making and the beauty of relationships that are nurtured patiently over time. In China, trust isn’t rushed — it grows. It reminded me of the saying

“一见如故” (yī jiàn rú gù) — “When we meet, it feels as if we’ve known each other all along.”
